No worries – he’s welcome to tag along at PAWS Chicago’s Eighth Annual Run for Their Lives at Montrose Harbor on September 28. Proceeds from the 8K run/4K walk will benefit PAWS, the Windy City’s largest no-kill humane organization. Check the Web site for registration prices (which vary, depending on whether you sign up in advance or on the day of the event). Cash prizes, agility competitions, costume contests and even free pet massage are a few of the perks that your furry companions are certain to love about this event. And, even if you don’t own a four-footed friend, consider participating to get some exercise and help raise money for a good cause. Besides, how many times can you say you actually got to see a dog masseuse in action?
