Move to the Music and Meet Some Critters!

Hear: Toddlers, Tunes and Turtles at the South Shore Cultural Center
Please check the Web site for updated information.

You’re a fan of the Old Town School of Folk Music, but your kiddies prefer songs about singing bears. Well, you can have your cake and eat it, too. Simply show up this Thursday at the South Shore Cultural Center for Toddlers, Tunes and Turtles, featuring musicians from the locally famous Old Town School of Folk Music. Your little people will get to meet live animals, enjoy toddler-friendly nature activities, gobble down some healthy refreshments . . . and sing and dance, of course! If you’re especially ravenous (this event is being hosted at dinnertime, after all), you’re welcome to pack a picnic dinner. No advanced registration is required for this free evening of rhythmic entertainment, which coincidentally promises to be a lot more stimulating for the grown-up crowd than Jack’s Big Music Show.
