How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to participate in the giveaway. To enter, you must be a Dancing Meatballs Jester. The raffle entries are as follows:

• Every idea you suggested to us will give you “one” entry to the giveaway
• Every one of your idea we select for our upcoming newsletter (in September and October) will give you “one hundred” entries to the giveaway
• Every new Jester referred by you will give you “twenty” entries to the giveaway

The giveaway will begin at approximately 7:00 A.M. EST on Friday, August 1, 2008, and activity idea e-mails must be date stamped by our server no later than Sunday, August 31, 2008, at 11:59 P.M. EST. The e-mail address provided by online entrants will be the identity of the entrant and, if selected for a prize, the identity of the winner. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions of entries will be accepted. We expressly reserve the rights to disqualify any entries that we believe in good faith are generated by a so-called spam or automated e-mail program or via scripts and automated submission. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these official rules.

Limitations on Eligibility/Availability of Giveaway

This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by applicable law. All prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians on their behalf. Employees (and their immediate families or household members) of Dancing Meatballs LLC are not eligible to enter the giveaway.

Prizes

One (1) winner will be chosen at random to receive one (1) Nintendo Wii. All prizes will be awarded. No substitutions (including cash) are permitted. However, Dancing Meatballs LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value for any prize. All prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians on their behalf.

Selection

The winning Dancing Meatballs LLC jester will be chosen at random. The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting the entry, the entry will be attributed to the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. All drawings will be conducted under the supervision of Dancing Meatballs LLC. The decisions of Dancing Meatballs LLC are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.

The winner will be notified by e-mail, but Dancing Meatballs LLC reserves the right to select an alternative method of notification. The winner must claim his/her prize within three (3) business days subsequent to the date of notification. A winner's failure to respond to the prize notification within the specified three (3) business days will be considered a forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. If an entrant is found to be ineligible for any of the aforementioned reasons, an alternate winner may also be selected from the pool of eligible entries.

Each activity suggestion e-mail to us in response to the contest and in accordance with the rules will constitute an official entry. More than one (1) entry per person is allowed and encouraged. All entrants agree to abide by these official giveaway rules in order to be considered eligible for the prize.
