Revive an old playtime tradition and make believe with the puppets of Spiral Q! Started in the early 90s as a way to bring civic theater and puppet artistry to the Philadelphia area, the Spiral Q Theater and Living Loft Puppet Museum stay busy with offsite children’s programs, plays, camps and museum tours. This summer, however, Spiral Q has blocked off their Mondays and invited families to come to the theater for some engaging and creative puppet play. The time spent at Spiral Q will inspire your kiddos’ imaginations, as they are encouraged to utilize the free space and resources at the theater to create stories and direct puppet plays. Children can also explore the Living Loft Puppet Museum, a collection of more than 100 puppets and masks. Although advanced reservations are not required, Spiral Q recommends calling ahead to RSVP.
