Boo at the Zoo at the Philadelphia Zoo
Don’t let those spooky costumes go to waste. Bring out children of all ages to the Philadelphia Zoo’s Boo at the Zoo event. Costumed candy crusaders can fill up on plenty of sweet treats around the zoo while enjoying storytelling, games and music.

Count’s Halloween Spooktacular at Sesame Place
To score extra cool mom points with the toddler set, buy tickets to Count’s Halloween Spooktacular, a Sesame Street October festival to end all festivals. Between hayrides, park trick-or-treats and the walk through Count’s castle at Sesame Place, Halloween will never be the same.

Mt. Airy Halloween Parade in Downtown Mt. Airy
A local tradition, the Mt. Airy Halloween Parade starts out with a music-filled wagon and a few children and usually ends with more than 200 neighbors knocking on doors, with people and homes dressed to the nines for the holiday. Best of all, attendance is free.

Rittenhouse Row Halloween Celebration and Trick-or-Treating
Have a classic Philly Halloween while taking part in Rittenhouse Row’s Halloween Celebration and Trick-or-Treating. Start off at G and enjoy a swinging dance party for children, face painting, a seasonal brunch and trick-or-treating down Rittenhouse Row. Reserve $10 tickets in advance by October 22.

West Chester Annual Halloween Parade in Downtown West Chester
If you’re looking for a Halloween spectator sport, try the West Chester Annual Halloween Parade, which glides through the downtown area with numerous floats and four marching bands. Starting at 7:00 P.M., this event makes a nice Halloween nightcap.

I think you need to review the times, dates and especially the places you have listed for Halloween events.... I know the Rittenhouse event is incorrect (time, date and especially the place). Should all of the events be double-checked?
